Keith Williams is the Founder and CEO of Periphas Ltd., a company that helps leading global innovators to connect and engage with the senior executives of the world’s leading organisations by helping them think like their client’s stakeholder communities.
Keith has over 25 years in strategy, business development and sales for major IT and financial institutions. He has held senior positions at companies such as HP Enterprise. Baan and Jacques Vert. Keith has a degree in Law and holds an MBA from Manchester Business School.
Keith is a passionate advocate for innovation and believes that it is essential for businesses to succeed in today’s competitive world. He is also a strong advocate of collaboration and that the best way to innovate is to work with others.
In addition to his work at Periphas, Keith is also a regular speaker and writer on topics related to innovation and business strategy. He is a Leader in Residence at the world-renowned Lancaster University Management School – part of a network of national and internationally eminent leaders, from public sector, private sector and third sector organisations who inspire the next generation of leaders by collaborating with academic colleagues to deliver inspiring and innovative guest lectures.
Alistair has over 35 years experience as a proven business leader in Technology, B2B Services and Software markets. He is a former PLC Board director with Communisis plc and has experience of running a $1bn revenue division of a US owned technology business, HP Technology Services.
Alistair has most recently been building an interim CEO portfolio – with recent Board sponsored assignments including Talk Talk, Bain Capital, Zellis Group, and Equiniti. Prior to that he held senior executive roles with SAP where he ran Northern Europe for their Successfactors business, and NGA Human Resources, where he served as President UK, Ireland & Africa.
Throughout his career Alistair has consistently helped businesses re-engineer their sales, marketing and business development processes to grow sales pipeline and improve opportunity conversion. While at the same time moving businesses from selling individual products and services to selling solutions that resolve an identified business problem.
Alistair used to play rugby for Wasps RFC and remains a supporter of both the club and Wasps Legends, the charitable foundation of former players. He is also a lifelong fan of Manchester Utd, and a very keen, and regular, skier.
